Shipping Policy

01Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after we receive your order and payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in British Columbia, Canada.

During sale periods, holidays or high-volume times, processing may take a little longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

02Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the shipping options displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Within Canada — approximately 2–7 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express);
• United States — approximately 3–10 business days;
• International — approximately 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, weather and other factors beyond our control.

Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

03Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your order and the shipping method selected. Applicable taxes and duties are shown before you confirm your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details and eligibility will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

04Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or app.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.

05Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to re-shipping fees.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been shipped.

06Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, because the address was wrong or the recipient was unavailable), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

07Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, extreme weather, customs holds, labour disputes, pandemics or other force majeure events. In such cases we will keep you informed as best we can.

08International Shipping

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the estimated times above. By placing an international order, you agree to comply with the import laws of your destination country.

09Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
